A real person reads every message. Usually a reply within two days.
Write to maotunko@gmail.com. Telling us your iPhone model and iOS version helps, but do not send anything about your treatment that you would rather keep private — we do not need it to help.
My reminders are not arriving
Check three things, in order. In iOS Settings → Notifications → Ovena, make sure notifications are allowed. In the app, open the protocol and confirm the medication's day range covers today. And check that the cycle is still open — a closed cycle deliberately sends no reminders, because reminding someone to inject after their cycle has ended would be cruel.
Will the trigger shot reminder reach me in Focus mode?
Yes. The trigger is the one reminder marked time-sensitive, so it breaks through Focus and Do Not Disturb. Every other dose respects your Focus settings.
I do not have my protocol yet
Start anyway. On the welcome screen choose "Just my dates for now" and enter your start date. You can add medications later, from the protocol screen, once the clinic hands you the paper.
My clinic changed my dose mid-cycle
That is normal, and the app expects it. Open the protocol from the dial screen and edit the medication in place. The schedule and the reminders rebuild themselves.
I closed a cycle by mistake
Nothing is deleted. On the closed-cycle screen, "Reopen this cycle" brings it back exactly as it was, with every dose, note and appointment intact.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
If you restore the new phone from an iCloud or encrypted device backup, your Ovena data comes across with it. There is no account-based sync, so a fresh install on a new phone with no backup starts empty.
What does a tip unlock?
Nothing, and that is the point. Every feature is free and stays free. A tip is only ever offered after a cycle closes with a positive result — never before, and never if it does not.
Something in the app is wrong
Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. Bugs in a schedule matter more than most bugs, so these go to the front of the queue.
