Ovena

Someone should be counting the days for you.

Ovena turns your clinic's protocol into a day-by-day plan and reminds you of every dose — down to the trigger shot, on the minute.

The schedule is the hard part

Not the science. The 9pm shot you cannot be late for, and the box names that all look alike at the end of a long day.

Your protocol, day by day

One entry per medication, start day to end day. The paper from the clinic becomes a plan you can actually follow.

A reminder for every dose

The trigger shot is marked time-sensitive, so it breaks through Focus and Do Not Disturb. That one cannot wait.

The whole cycle in one ring

Stims, trigger, retrieval, transfer, the wait. Zoom into a day, then into a moment, and back out again.

The words, explained

The terms on your clinic paperwork in plain language — worked out on your own device, never sent anywhere.

A day worth writing down

How you felt, what you noticed, what you want to ask at the next visit. Kept for you, not for anyone else.

An ending, not a dead end

When the cycle closes, the app closes with it. If you want, you can leave a wish for whoever is starting today.

What it will never do

This part matters more than the feature list.

  • It does not calculate doses. The numbers come from your clinic, and only from your clinic.
  • It does not interpret your bloodwork. A value is a value. Ovena will never tell you whether it is good.
  • It does not predict outcomes. No percentages, no success rates, no odds — not yours and not anyone else's.
  • It never celebrates on your behalf. A result is yours to feel. The app stays quiet and gets out of the way.
  • It never asks for money on a hard day. Everything is free. If a cycle ends well and you want to leave a tip, you can — after, and only then.

Nothing leaves your phone

There is no account to make and no server to sign in to. Ovena has no networking code at all — your cycles, notes and wishes are stored on your device and go nowhere else. Delete the app and they are gone.
